Terms and Conditions

1.1. By accessing or using our Services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

1.2. We reserve the right to store the record of your acceptance (timestamp, browser information) as conclusive evidence of your agreement in case of dispute.

1.3. Sign-ups using a corporate email address warrant that you have authority to represent your organization. You agree to indemnify A7CONTROL for any claims arising from unauthorized company association.

2.1. You are responsible for account security and all activities occurring under your credentials.

2.2. Prohibited uses include illegal activities, distributing malware, or attempting to bypass security limits.

2.3. We reserve the right to modify or remove limits (storage, users, features) at our sole discretion, including for free user tiers.

3.1. By using our Services (free, trial, or paid) with a business email domain, you grant A7CONTROL, Inc. the right to display your company's name and logo on our website and marketing materials as a user reference.

3.2. You warrant that by authenticating your corporate email, you have the authority to grant this permission. You may request removal of your logo by contacting support@a7control.com.

4.1. You retain rights to your content but grant A7CONTROL a worldwide license to host/display it as necessary to provide the service.

4.2. As per our Privacy Policy and Law 25 compliance, certain asset custody records and audit logs are maintained as essential business records and may survive account deletion.

5.1. We offer trial periods for certain plans. By starting a trial, you acknowledge sufficient opportunity to evaluate the software.

5.2. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused services once the trial has ended.

6.1. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

6.2. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, A7CONTROL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS). OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS.
